Info: Core working hours can only be set in a work schedule with expected hours.
- Navigate to Company > Work Schedules in the side menu.
- Select an existing work schedule with expected hours or create a new one.
- Open the Core hours tab.
- Select the working day and set the time from when to when the user must be present.

Tip: If the work start is after the core time begins, or the work end is before the core time ends, a warning is displayed in the calendar and the timesheet report. Breaks during core time do not trigger a warning.
Display in the timesheet report
Core working hours are not shown as a separate column in the timesheet report. A core time breach is visible in the Status column.
Display in the calendar
- The defined core working hours are shown as a grey bar in the day view.
- A core time breach is indicated by a warning icon on the affected day.
- Hover over the warning icon to see the warning message: Core hours were not met.
