A work schedule without expected hours is a flexible model without a fixed number of hours per day or week. Users organise their working hours individually. This model is particularly suitable for activities where working hours are difficult to plan or variable.

Create a work schedule without expected hours

  1. Navigate to Company > Work Schedules in the side menu.
  2. Click Add work schedule.
  3. Enter a name for the new work schedule.
  4. Select No expected hours as the template.
  5. Click Save.

You have created a template for this work schedule and can now assign it to a user.

Info: With this model, all recorded working time is tracked as a working hours balance. There are no expected hours, no core working hours, and no maximum working hours.
